Our service department is dedicated to getting it done right! We want our customers to be happy and that is why it is important that when you bring your equipment to us, we will take great care of it and make sure it is done within a week to 10 days of you dropping it off.

PS & T Small Engines uses a number of different vendors to supply us with the parts that are needed to repair your equipment.  A daily shipment of parts also keeps turnaround time to a minimum.
Our Service department keeps your equipment inside our shop until you are ready to pick it up. This has a lot of advantages, most importantly that your equipment stays clean, and out of the rain and other elements that can cause damage. We will help you unload your equipment when you arrive or even pick it up if you can’t drop it off yourself !

One other way PS & T offers better customer service than our competitors is by letting you make the decisions!  If your unit is in for repairs and we encounter additional problems ... we will call you promptly and give you the opportunity to make a choice whether you want to move forward with any more repairs.
